All entrants must agree to these Terms and Conditions before entering. By ticking the acceptance box on the website or, if entering via the free entry route, by clearly writing “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” on your postcard, you confirm your acceptance.
1. The Promoter

2. The Competition
2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions hosted on https://www.evermorecompetitions.com (the “Website”).
2.2 Competitions may be offered in various formats. Unless otherwise stated, an entry fee is payable for each entry.
2.3 To be eligible, entrants (“Entrants”) may be required to answer a question or solve a problem (the “Competition Question”). If the Competition Question is simplified (e.g., multiple choice) or not provided, a free entry route is always available.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Each competition runs between the “Opening Date” and “Closing Date” specified on the Website. All times are UK (London) time.
3.2 If necessary, Evermore Competitions may amend the Opening or Closing Date. Dates will not be extended purely to increase entries.
3.3 Entries must be received before the Closing Date. Late entries will not be accepted and no refunds issued.
3.4 A maximum number of entries will be stated for each competition. Once this limit is reached, no further entries will be accepted.
3.5 Entrants may purchase multiple entries, unless limited by the Website. Free entries must be submitted individually; bulk submissions are not accepted.
3.6 To enter:
a) Visit the Website and view the Competition Question (if applicable).
b) Complete the online entry form.
c) Purchase the desired number of entries.
d) Submit your answer to the Competition Question (if applicable).
3.7 Entries must be in English. Entries in other languages will be disqualified.
3.8 Unless entered by the free route, you will receive confirmation of your entry.
3.9 Evermore Competitions is not responsible for incomplete, lost, delayed, or failed entries caused by technical issues of any kind.
3.10 By entering, you are entering into a contract with Evermore Competitions and agree to these Terms.
3.11 Free entry is available by post. Send your entry by first or second-class post to: [Insert Postal Address]. Hand-delivered entries are not accepted.

Answer to the Competition Question (if applicable)
A clear statement confirming agreement to these Terms and Conditions
Each postcard must be submitted separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted. Proof of posting does not guarantee entry.
4. Choosing a Winner
4.1 All eligible Entrants will be entered into a random draw. Where a Competition Question is required, only correct entries will be included. The draw will take place within 7 days of the Closing Date.
4.2 Entrant names and ticket numbers may appear on a publicly available spreadsheet or during the live draw. If you do not wish for your name to appear, you must notify Evermore Competitions by email at least 48 hours before the draw.

5. Eligibility
5.1 Competitions are open to UK and Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding:
a) Employees of Evermore Competitions
b) Employees of suppliers connected with the competition
c) Immediate family members of (a) or (b)
5.2 Proof of eligibility may be requested. Failure to provide proof may result in disqualification.
5.3 Entries generated by bots, automated systems, or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
5.4 Evermore Competitions reserves the right to disqualify entrants for behaviour contrary to fair play, including abusive or fraudulent conduct.
5.5 Entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including disqualification or ineligibility.
5.6 Fraudulent activity, including false information, interference with the Website, or hacking, will result in disqualification and a ban from future competitions.
6. The Prize
6.1 Prize details are published on the Website for each competition.
6.2 Prizes may be substituted for one of equal or higher value if unavailable.
6.3 Evermore Competitions provides no guarantees as to the condition, quality, or suitability of prizes.
6.4 Prizes may be supplied by third-party partners.
6.5 In some cases, a cash alternative may be offered if a prize becomes unavailable or circumstances require substitution.
6.6 Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable.
7. Winners
7.1 The Promoter’s decision is final.
7.2 Winners will be contacted via the details provided. If the winner cannot be reached or does not claim the prize within 14 days, another winner may be selected.
7.3 The surname and county of winners may be published on the Website to demonstrate fairness.
7.4 If you object to your details being published, you must notify Evermore Competitions before the Closing Date. However, details may still be shared with regulators upon request.
8. Claiming the Prize
8.1 Prizes must be claimed personally.
8.2 Entrants must ensure contact details remain accurate.
8.3 Cash prizes will only be paid to a bank account in the winner’s name. Proof of ownership may be required.
8.4 Evermore Competitions accepts no responsibility if you fail to claim your prize.
9. Limitation of Liability
Evermore Competitions is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage related to participation or prize acceptance, except where caused by negligence. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
10. Data Protection and Publicity
10.1 Personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
10.2 Winners agree that their name, image, and town may be used for publicity, unless they notify us before the Closing Date.
10.3 Additional personal details may be required to verify eligibility and transfer prizes.
10.4 Entrants may request removal from our database, but this will withdraw them from competitions as we cannot contact them if they win.
11. General
11.1 Evermore Competitions may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be on the Website.
11.2 Breach of these Terms may result in disqualification.
11.3 Competitions may be amended, suspended, or cancelled if necessary.
11.4 Competitions are not affiliated with Facebook.
11.5 These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
11.6 Entrants are advised to keep a copy of these Terms.
12. Anti-Money Laundering Policy
Evermore Competitions complies with the Gambling Act 2005 and has measures in place to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and other criminal activity. These include:
Appointing a Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO)
Verifying player identity
Maintaining secure records
Training staff on responsibilities
Monitoring suspicious activity
Refusing anonymous or underage accounts
Ensuring payments are returned to the original source
13. Responsible Gaming
Evermore Competitions promotes responsible play. Tools are available to set spending limits and request account locks for periods from 1 week to permanent exclusion.

Apple and Google are not in any way sponsors of, or associated with, Evermore Competitions.
