2. Legal Basis
All competitions are conducted as skill-based prize competitions. Entry requires a correct answer to a question to ensure compliance with UK law and to avoid classification as a lottery.
3. Eligibility
Entrants must be 18 years or older and residents of the United Kingdom. The promoter reserves the right to verify identity, age, and eligibility at any time. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members are excluded.
4. Account Requirement
Entrants must create an account on the website. All entries, including free postal entries, must match account details exactly. Failure to match details may result in disqualification.
5. Paid Entry
Entries are purchased via the website. Each entry corresponds to one ticket. Ticket numbers are randomly allocated at the point of purchase.
6. Free Entry Route
Free entry is available by post. Entrants must submit full name, address, email, phone number, competition name, and correct answer. Entries must be sent individually. Bulk submissions will be treated as a single entry. Entries must arrive before the closing date. The promoter is not responsible for lost or delayed entries.
7. Entry Limits
Each competition may have a maximum number of entries per person. The promoter reserves the right to refuse or void entries deemed excessive, automated, or fraudulent.
8. Competition Closing
Competitions will close on the stated closing date or when all available entries have been sold. If a competition does not sell out, the draw will still proceed.
